Network Marketers! What is your most important tool?

Never underestimate the power of a simple tool.
Craig Bruce

What is a tool?

The American Heritage College Dictionary defines the word tool as something regarded as needed for carrying out an occupation  or profession.Network marketing tools appeal to a lot of people for a number of reasons. Many network marketers see tools as the certain and speedy ways to earn money and get rich. Some don't realize there is a tool that can ultimately determines how their business will turn out. This tool is not something you need to  find, it is something that you already have.

What is this tool?

In The Laws Of Success by Napoleon Hill he says the most important tool is thought; with which you may shape your worldly destiny according to your own liking.  You have been endowed with the power to use the most highly organized of energy known to man that of THOUGHT.  Scientist using this organized energy  have develop a car that can be controlled by thought.

What has great teachers said about the power of thought?

  • James Allen author of, As a Man Thinketh, says “All that a man achieves and all that he fails to achieve is the direct result of his own thoughts.”
  • Norman Vincent Peale author of  The Power of Positive Thinking,  “Change your thoughts, and you change your world.”
  • Benjamin Disraeli was a British Prime Minister  “Nurture your mind with great thoughts, for you will never go any higher than you think.”

Quantum physics can help you to understand the power  of thought.

    Hey Perry,

This is a great write-up. Thoughts have an immense power. Generally we miss out on paying attention to the power of thoughts, but if we become aware of our thoughts and can align them positively, a lot can be changed in our lives. I was so awed to see the car being driven by using the thought patterns, this is really amazing. Such is the power of thoughts.

As they say – “Whatever the mind expects, it finds”. We should focus on bringing in positive thoughts and make it our mental attitude, so that it brings good and favorable results to us.

Thanks for reminding that our thoughts really count!!!

in order to be successful they must believe in the product and they, myself included have to be energetic. if they are not nobody else will be interested in what they have to say.

  • Nile January 11, 2012, 11:48 am

A lot of those authors I have read and I always recommend them to others…it does not matter the niche. As a web designer and blogger, I am still selling something…whether my services or the words on my blog. The mentally in going about approaching he masses is the same. You have to be open and willing to engage with people. You have to want to learn and grow from those conversations with others.

Overall you have to be positive in all of your marketing.

    Thank you for sharing!

Hi Perry, How fascinating! Imagine driving a car by the power of your thoughts! That is absolutely mind blowing! I know what we think can change our lives, but I had never heard of it in this light. I, myself have changed my behavior by the power of thought, specifically using Auto-suggestion or self talk. Believe me, it works!

I enjoyed the quantum video. Quantum physics has been great in regards to looking at the power of the observer’s thoughts.

    Hi Perry,

Amazing that a car can be controlled by thought – although I’ve heard that people have cars that seemingly drive themselves. I tried it. It didn’t work. I kept my hands off the steering wheel for as long as I dared and it was only the canter of the road that kept me on the road. I certainly wouldn’t close my eyes going up a hillside like I’ve heard others have done! But a great example of the power of thought, one of our most important tools.

Thought is powerful and it does have form; thought’s an energy and like every other energy it has to go somewhere. If we think negative thoughts, the thought form collects. Likewise, positive thought form collects and produces a positive result. Our positive thinking does create the results we experience in our daily lives and in the world around us. It can and will change the world.

Thanks for another great post Perry!

    Hi Perry,

Thanks for sharing this awesome post and enlightening videos.
    Thought certainly is POWER..

Like Walt Disney said, “If you can dream it, you can do it”

You are what you think about most of the time, so fill your mind with positive thoughts. Leverage the power of positive thinking to achieve your goals, and be the best you can be.
Being positive generates motivation and when you are motivated, you will produce positive results and can move mountains.

Wow, what great information you’ve laid out for us Perry!

Thanks for sharing this. It’s just so important to spread the word about the power of our thoughts. I know I do what I can to instill that power whenever I cross a friend or loved one. So amazing that our thoughts alone can shape the form of ice particles. Negative – shattered, Positive – snowflake. WOW!!!!!

What more evidence do we need to prove that WHAT we choose to have floating – ideas and thoughts – in our minds can affect outwards in our daily lives?

When we choose to embrace positive thoughts – love, joy, and gratitude – over negative vibes – anger, temptation, and sorrow – we are are choosing to be happier, healthier, and more successful in all or most aspects of our lives.

Thanks again Perry for sharing this mind-blowing and enlightening information!!

    -Jaclyn Castro

P.S. That Global Consciousness Project is AMAZING! Glad I watched the second video and learned we have such a thing. Man, that is truly powerful information to collect and analyze when it comes to providing scientific proof on the power of our thoughts and how it can impact us for better or worse.

  • Dereck June 7, 2011, 1:21 pm

Thanks for putting this together! But I wanted to just talk about the word “tool” for a second. I know this posting is about thought (and it’s important) but I feel that most people can’t or don’t realize that any tool you possess is only as good as you use it.

    Let me explain…

I know plenty of people who own hammers and screw drivers (maybe the best around…), but that doesn’t mean that person could repaid or building anything of quality.

Where most marketers go wrong is, they believe that by owning the tool, they will get results. Some have brains, but don’t know how to use them (thanks to government regulated education – side note)

Funny thing is, how quickly they turn on it when they realize that justing owning it never pays for itself.

    P.S. Tool is a metaphor

Thoughts are indeed things, and what we think about comes about. And because this works both ways — positive and negative — it’s pretty strong reason to be careful of what we think about. I am becoming more and more aware of my negative self talk, and replacing it with positive self talk that gets me moving in the direction I WANT to go in.

The thoughts in our inner world can create and bring into being exactly what we want. Remember, the old expression, “Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it.” These are indeed our thoughts in action.

    Hello Perry,

Thought is one of the greatest Gifts God gave mankind.

Then to realize we have the awesome power, and hopefully we take the responsibility, to use our thoughts for the betterment of the human race.

It can be scary though, knowing that thoughts can become things, because when thoughts are used wrong, they can become destructive.

That is why I luv the NWM industry, because through the personal development available in many NWM companies, you can learn how to use and control your thought life for the good of all.

This is such an interesting video. As you know I was telling you that Jonathan Bud presented a lot of information about quantum physics at the Unstoppable Entreprener Immersion Event I, along with 1000 entrepreneurs attended this Month of May. We watched videos and participated in exercises that helped us to understand the concept of QP.

When this information is understood and believed, it gives us a lot more control and power in our lives and makes life fun and intriguing! Alexander Paul had a post about this one time and a lot of the commentary was about buying a car, then noticing the same make and model everywhere! It happens all the time because of our thoughts. It is a strange phenomenon but so awesome in knowing we are accountable for our lives! Thanks for sharing 🙂
